We will provide products as long as they are in stock. If the product is not available, the purchased product will be refunded to the customer. If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you via email of the anticipated delay.

You fully accept all the terms of sale as well as the entirety of these General Conditions of Sale and without reserve by clicking on "Confirm" button when making an order. The checkout process consists of 4 steps: shopping cart confirmation, input of billing address (and/or shipping address), payment and order confirmation. You will be provided with the possibility of changing or reviewing any details in your order before the final confirmation. Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation.

Price and payment
Prices are displayed and payments are processed in USD. Shipping and handling charges (including taxes which depend on country) are not included in the listed price. Shipping charges will be clearly indicated during the order process.
All credit card transactions are securely processed by Shopify Payment. FITH CO.,LTD. does not keep any records of your credit card or other financial information. All financial transactions are securely encrypted and handled by Shopify Payments. In the case of paying with Shopify Payments, international transaction fees may apply since we are registered in Japan. Importing products from Japan may be subject to taxes and duties in the country of delivery. If your purchase exceeds $800, additional customs duties will be charged. You will be required to pay customs duties when you receive your package. If the amount is less than $800, no customs duty will be charged. These additional costs are the customer’s responsibility. For more information, please refer to your national custom official site. Discount codes provided by FITH CO.,LTD. are valid only if applied at the time of purchase before payment.

Shipping and delivery
1. Shipment
Once your order is processed, most packages ship within 2 business days (extra time for orders placed on weekends and holidays). After your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with information such as your tracking number. All products are shipped from Japan by the private shipping company (UPS). Please note that our shipment is only available for the USA.
Express shipment (with tracking): Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days in many locations.
Please note that "business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

2.Shipping cost
Shipping cost vary depending on the weight of the package.
Shipping cost will be clearly displayed during the order process. Free shipping for purchases over $300.

Changing shipping address:
If you notice that you need to change your shipping address BEFORE your order has been shipped, please email us at with your order number and updated shipping address. We will edit your order.
If you would like to change your order to delivering the nearest UPS Store after it has been shipped, please contact UPS. Changing to UPS Store is free of charge. Please note that we cannot accept changes to any other address once your order has been shipped.

3. Delivery issues
It is your responsibility to track your order online (tracking number can be found in your shipping confirmation email). In some cases, the carrier may not be able to deliver your package (for instance,due to the size of your mailbox). In this case, you may need to contact carriers directly. FITH CO.,LTD. is not responsible for returning packages that cannot be delivered.
Please note that in all cases you are responsible for paying customs duties and providing any and all documents required by your country or "Customs office". If you refuse to pay these taxes, your package will be returned to us. We will then refund your order amount after deducting the actual shipping charges charged by the delivery company and the shipping costs for returning the package to us.
Please note that if the restocking fee exceeds the order amount, you will not be able to return the item to us. In that case, your order will be discarded and no refund will be given.

Return and cancellation policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. If the product is defective or the order details are incorrect, etc., we will accept returns or exchanges only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. If we do not have the item in stock to exchange, we will issue a refund. Please contact us via the Contact section in that case. We will contact you with details regarding returns. You may cancel your order until the order is completed. You also cannot change the details of your order after it is completed.

FITH CO.,LTD. will issue a refund to the customer within 2 business days after receiving the returned item. Refunds will be processed to the same account used for the purchase.
