12 oz DENIM
Our 12 oz denim features softness
that is comfortable for children to wear.
NIHON MENPU TEXTILE has been producing our 12 oz denim
with the shuttle looms for almost 30 years.
The shuttle looms are old looms
that it takes 20 times of hours and requires greater care by
craftsmen compared to the rapier looms.
Craftsmen spend very long time to weave our 12 oz denim
with manual adjustment like handcrafted denim.
The tasteful texture is completed by the craftsmanship
and makes our denim warmful.
8 oz DENIM
created by the Zimbabwe cotton for warp.
The Zimbabwe cotton is harvested by hand
without using machine,
so it has less damage to the fiber and contamination of the impurities.
This cotton is highly regarded for its lustrous texture and
softness that is selected for the premium dress shirt in Europe.
Besides, it is distinguished by its supple texture
and excellent dyeing absorption qualities.
After dyeing the cotton in a beautiful indigo,
the craftsmen weave it into denim
using the traditional looms.
Our 8 oz denim has the unique texture completed
with the natural uneven yarns.
The more our denim is worn,
the more it develops a vintage-like texture tastefully.
